Construction Certificate Application Support

We can prepare and coordinate your Construction Certification Application (CCA) for industrial and commercial developments.

Document review and lodgement

We can assess your CCA documentation package against council’s and the certifier’s stated requirements and manage the lodgement and correspondence cycle on your behalf.

Facilitate required sub-approvals

We can assemble the documentation required in order to obtain sub-approvals from Council, Transport for NSW, Sydney Water, Sydney Trains, utility providers and any others relevant to your project. This might include section 138 approvals, Sydney Water building plan approvals, or approval from Transport for NSW to commence works in the road reserve under an executed Works Authorisation Deed (WAD).

Third-party Interface Management

We can liaise and meet directly with any third parties on your behalf in order to streamline the approval process. With our civil engineering background we can get into the technical details with any required third parties and provide guidance to you on technical matters.
